Lake Merritt Plaza features 24-hour manned security, 7-days per week, with card
key security system for parking, building and elevator access after-hours on
weekends. Should you require assistance, security personnel are located at the
main console in the building lobby of 1999 Harrison Street, or you may call

Parking
Monthly parking and visitor parking is available in the Lake Merritt Plaza
parking garage. Should you require parking assistance, the parking office is
located inside the building lobby adjacent to the Valet Parking drop-off area,
or you may call (510) 273-8557. In addition, nearby surface parking lots are
located at the intersection of 19th Harrison Streets, and 20th and Webster
Streets.
